Services for Families
OT Intervention
Our intervention services involve both the child and the families so each session will be different. This service can be offered over the phone, virtually or in-person depending on the goals. Follow-up suggestions for home will be provided.
50 mins | $130
Comprehensive Initial Assessment & Report
This comprehensive initial assessment includes a 50 minute phone interview with the caregiver, 50 minute in-person assessment with the child, comprehensive report and follow-up meeting to provide recommendations. Report takes up to one month for completion.
6 hours | $780
Group Intervention
Group interventions will be offered if it is appropriate to meet your child’s needs. Groups will consist of 4-6 children with similar goals and may be offered by an OT, a Student OT or a trained staff member. Length of time will vary.
50 mins | $70
Reassessment
This assessment includes a 50 minute phone call with the caregiver, 50 minute in-person assessment and follow-up meeting to provide recommendations. No written report included.
